concludes this week's posts on Punggol~ I love this place for its laid-back and unpretentious atmosphere. I would love to come back here for a stroll and chill out but the distance did puts me off abit.
I saw the wedding shot on the very same day after I took the initial picture and thought to myself both pictures actually bears some resemblance (even if you do not agree w me)! XD
My little purple bear took a holiday with me to 緑島 and suntanned by the ocean~ Look at how clear the water is! This is what we get to enjoy now but that doesn't mean we will still have them few years down the road! Protect mother earth so that we can share her with the next generation! =)
i really like how this photo turns out. the tiny little flower with a whole green field as backdrop. still learning how to play with my aperture priority mode! hee...
I'm still learning how to best compose my pictures and one of the things I realized about myself is that I don't really like to take straight front shots. Nonetheless, I must admit this is one of the best ways to capture architectures but for this shot, I just wanna be different.
The sewing machine where our moms sat on to mend our clothes~ This is her way of telling us she loves us. You don't have to say much because actions really do speak louder than words.
one of the "beauties" of using expired films is that you can never be sure how the colors will turn out. the same film can give you a totally different color just like this picture. It has a grey hue unlike the other pictures. And I suppose that's life for you, we can never expect how it will turn out.
Lamma Island is a spot not to be missed when you visit Hong Kong. Its a world's apart from when you see on the main island. Over here, the pace is much slower. You can enjoy a slow hike, a good + super fresh and yummy seafood meal and homemade beancurd. All these are the wonders on this tiny hidden gem.
every photo taken with a non-digital film camera is always full of anticipation and surprises, just like this photo of the building against the sun with the light rays beautifully captured.
I took this at the junction of 五分埔 and 饒河夜市. Actually, I was really surprised at how this picture turned out because all I wanted to take was the bus. And to be honest, I didnt event know what setting I was using yet i really like this effect of the "passing light". Frankly speaking, I don't even think that this was taken using long exposure because I didn't have a tripod yet.
